Coming from a diverse background with one West Asian parent and an Eastern European parent, Ola (also known as Alexandra) is a social media manager for Dear Asian Youth. She loves connecting with her culture and spreading awareness about the struggles of ethnic minorities (such as her own ethnic group) in the Middle East -- and other worldwide issues as well! In her free time, she spends time reading historical fiction novels, participating in a multitude of stem and writing clubs, and playing basketball!
