A violinist and boba tea enjoyer, Maria is a social media researcher for Dear Asian Youth and the editor-in-chief for one of its local chapters. Maria is currently a high school junior in Texas who is hoping to study pharmacy in the future. Through her position as a social media researcher, she hopes to bring attention to the diverse experiences, key achievements, and issues within the Asian community to empower and uplift Asian youth. You can probably find her curled up with a good book, scrolling through webtoons, experimenting in the kitchen, listening to music, journaling, or completing random tasks in Animal Crossing Pocket Camp.
