Lucia Wang, a high school student from the New York metropolitan area, is a Social Media Co-Director at Dear Asian Youth. As a multiracial Chinese American, Lucia hopes to empower and celebrate marginalized voices around the world in social, cultural, and political spheres. She is passionate about combining her interests in STEM and political science to combat injustices exacerbated by the global climate crisis. Outside of DAY, Lucia enjoys writing, researching, and editing for her other organizations and competitions; you can find her drinking (or making!) boba with her friends, testing recipes in the kitchen, exploring new places in the city, and playing tennis throughout the year.
