Kacey is a Filipino-American first-year student and a West Policy Researcher at Dear Asian Youth. Studying international relations and political science on the pre-law path at UC Irvine, she is passionate about growing DAY's political advocacy. Outside her studies, she can be found making art, reading manga, going to concerts, and baking desserts.
