Born and raised Filipina-American, Justine is proud to be a writer for Dear Asian Youth. While all of her articles have a special place in her heart, her favorites include “The Weigh You Are: Body Image in Asian Communities,” “Sick of Yellow Fever: the Sexualization of Asian Women,” and “Above the Waves: Discussing Mental Health.” Besides writing for Dear Asian Youth, Justine’s hobbies include cooking, bullet journaling, and going on walks.
