Jennalee is a proud Japanese American who has been raised in the center of LA Japanese American culture, with a strong appreciation for family and community. This has helped her feel very connected with her Japanese roots and has led her to want to build connections with other Asians in communities from around the world. She is passionate about mental health and spends a great portion of her time volunteering with youth health programs in her community. In Jennalee's free time she likes to play video games with her brother and watch her favorite movies (frequently Studio Ghibli films) over and over.
