Gavin is a 16-year-old junior attending high school in sunny southern California. Gavin's upbringing is quite diverse, having lived in China, Taiwan, and the United States. This exposure to different cultures has fostered a passion for Asian American advocacy, which he intends to pursue by joining DAY. Gavin is thrilled to become a part of DAY's community and participate in its programs. He finds joy in connecting with people who share his background, culture, and experiences. On a given day, you might find Gavin practicing the piano, playing with his beloved dog, and listening to the grooviest c-pop and k-pop tracks.
