As a proud Chinese American, Joyce is passionate about advocacy and encouraging Asian youth to embrace their identities. She believes in the power of words and stories to change perspectives and nurture connection, which is why she loves working on the DAY Storytelling Team! When she isn't reading or writing, she can be found fencing, dancing to her favorite songs, and trying out new coffee shops.
