Adele Leung is a multilingual Hong Kong native who currently resides in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. Having worked with student organisations like Young Post (of South China Morning Post), RoundPier, and Dear Asian Youth, she constantly exercises her interest in international politics, data analysis, investigative journalism, and business economics.
Aileen Pradhan
The biracial daughter of a Nepali immigrant, Aileen is passionate about capturing the unique voices and stories of the Asian-American experience. She is excited to accomplish just that as a Current Events Writer in the Literature Department for Dear Asian Youth. When she’s not at work or school, Aileen enjoys running, being in nature, and eating momos!
Amber Ting
Amber is an international student from Taipei City, Taiwan studying in the U.S. She loves to work on pieces that raise awareness about global sociopolitical issues as a writer and editor for Dear Asian Youth, and she believes strongly in the importance of using history to contextualize contemporary events. She loves bubble milk tea to an unhealthy degree.
Amshu Vengala
Amshu Vengala, a high school senior based in India, is an aspiring author and journalist who loves reading, writing and films just like every other teenager out there. She enjoys working at DAY for the chance it gives her to broaden her horizons and work on interesting, new projects. Angel Liang
Former mid-Westerner turned Bostonian, Angel is a junior graduating early from Massachusetts interested in pursuing Political Science! Along with DAY, Angel is interested in sustainability and equity issues. When she's not procrastinating on her homework, you can find her exploring in Minecraft or fiddling on Canva!
Aubrey Meiling
A Chinese adoptee who grew up in the sunshine state of Florida, Aubrey is a vivid storyteller for Dear Asian Youth. From a young age, Aubrey has been passionate in expressing who she is and what she believes in and her love for her heritage is present in her work. She sees writing as an outlet to connect with others as well as an opportunity to make change. Aside from writing her own stories, Aubrey loves to indulge in books, films, music, and enjoys spending time with her sister.
Autumn McIntyre
Autumn is a biracial Chinese-American from Alaska and is currently pursuing a degree in English Writing, Literature, and Publishing at The American University of Rome. She is passionate about Asian representation in literature and loves writing nonfiction personal narrative and young adult fiction. In her free time, she enjoys reading, listening to Taylor Swift or Kpop, cooking and baking, watching Korean dramas, and hanging out with her cat.
Avishi Gupta
Avishi Gupta is an undergraduate student, majoring in History, at St. Stephen's College, University of Delhi. She is extremely passionate about Gender Studies, Women's rights advocacy and social justice and hopes to do a master's in Gender Studies someday. She loves working as a Communications Writer at DAY as it provides her the perfect outlet for anything and everything that crosses her mind. In her free time, you can find her fangirling over One Direction and Taylor Swift. When she's not doing that, she is probably engrossed in indie/alt rock, K-dramas, her textbooks or chess.

Blenda is a second-generation Chinese-American from Michigan majoring in computer science. Her passion for reading and writing along with studying critical theory prompted her to join DAY's literature team to uplift Asian identity. Bri is a communications editor at DAY who loves reading, listening to all kinds of music and going to cafés in her spare time. With passions for journalism, film, and travel, Chloe is part of the Literature team as a Current Events Writer. She currently resides in New Jersey as a junior in high school, and hopes to major in journalism in college. When she's not in class, you can find Chloe rewatching her favorite Korean dramas, writing poetry, or fantasizing about her next adventure abroad.
