Regional Manager

As a Regional Manager, you will be in charge of small groups of chapters within a specific region and keep track of chapter activities, serve as the main point of contact for your group of chapters, and build long lasting and sustainable partnerships and relationships with our chapter leads. This position is a leadership position on the DAY team, and there will be an emphasis on strong communication and dedication to the role long term.

Some of the responsibilities and expectations that are associated with this role are to track Chapter activities and status through monthly Regional Lead meetings, assist Chapters with questions on outreach and membership growth and leadership development, schedule meetings and onboard new Chapter Leads into the program, and assisting them with the creation of their Chapter, foster partnerships and relationships with neighboring Chapters and DAY volunteers, have the option to work on service and advocacy initiatives along with other Regional Managers, Regional Leads, and the Chapter Director. The time commitment for this position will be around 3-4 hours a week.
