Social Media Graphic Designer
The Social Media Department runs and creates content for Dear Asian Youth’s various social media platforms, including Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, and Discord.
As a Graphic Designer, you will create illustrations and graphics for posts on the @DearAsianYouth Instagram, as well as any DAY projects, toolkits, guides, etc. You will be working on several projects every month, depending on how many posts and graphics are assigned to you.
You will work under the guidance of the Graphic Designer Managers, Content Leads, and Social Media Directors.
You are expected to illustrate 1 post every month, in addition to contributing to any emergency posts that need illustration.
Time Commitment: 2-3 hours/week + bi-weekly meetings

Soft Skills: commitment to the cause, integrity, honesty, diligence, proper time management, flexibility, communication and teamwork capabilities
Hard Skills: ability to create digital art, knowledge of Canva and other related digital creation software, creativity to improve and develop projects, ability to adequately draw a diverse range of people and styles, and ability to draw compelling illustrations
